I hear many people say that joy is found in little moments, I however find myself thinking that joy is truly discovered rather in mini moments.
That quiet space right before bed.
That secret moment when all of the colorful ceiling crayon murals, unflushed toilets, and missing shoes are forgotten and forgiven, as I quietly peek in, and catch a glimpse of innocence snuggled quietly under their favorite rabbit blanket.
That mini moment when I love you's and kisses are exchanged for one more drink, one more story and one more minute of precious time.
Yes.... In that moment, I find that my mini moments are monumental tid bits of joy.
